About Me

Most believe the existence of disability to be a “problem”.  Laurie introduces the existence of disability “as a way of life” that allows people to start approaching the accommodation of people with disabilities as a positive action from the structural renovations of physical space and the employment and retention of people with disabilities to how to serve customers with disabilities.  The goal is to help companies develop inclusive policies and practices while limiting red tape.

People with disabilities are an untapped sector of the workforce that cherishes the contributions they have made and will make in the future.  It is good business for companies to recognize that potential and move towards the creation of a truly inclusive workplace.
